Memberships & Licenses

John is a member of The Florida Bar and the Dade County Bar Association. He was the former president of the South Florida Association of Environmental Professionals and remained involved in ongoing activities such as seminars and workshops on various environmental issues and topics. He was a member of the Dade County Brownfields Task Force, the chair of the Pilot Site Assistance Committee, and a member of the Technical Committee. He was also a member of the Brownfields Oversight Committee responsible for implementing the Brownfields Program.
John is admitted to practice before the state courts of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He is also a licensed professional engineer.
